How can I pay you? Do you accept cards or checks?

I do not accept checks. You can pay for the service in advance via Paypal (with your paypal account or with your credit or debit card) or pay me in cash in the moment of receiving the service.

Will I have to remove clothing?

Your modesty will be preserved at all times. You remove as much or as little as you are comfortable with. You will be given privacy to undress and you will be covered by a towel. I only uncover the part of the body I am going to work with and will cover it again once I have finished with it.

Is there any contraindication for massage?

Yes. Please check the contraindications page. Feel free to contact me if you have any concern about whether or not massage is suitable for you.

What do I need to have at home in order to receive a massage?

Three things: privacy, space and time.

It is important to enjoy the massage to receive it in a safe and private environment. It is difficult to relax if your family is coming in and out of the room.

Make time for you. Disconnect the phone, make sure somebody is looking after the children, you are not expecting any visitors, etc

I need space for my massage couch (1,80 m. x 0,70 m) and for me to move around. Please, make sure there is enough space for this before I arrive.

I will provide towels and oil/cream. If you have an special cream you want me to use just let me know.

Am I too old to receive a massage?

Elderly people can benefit greatly from a massage. For example, it can help to reduce the pain and the lost of mobility of arthritis. Also, can assist in providing a deeper and longer sleep. It increases strength and muscle coordination.

However, check the Contraindications to massage page and/or contact me in order to be sure if you can receive a massage.

And remember, if you are feeling safer, a friend or relative can be present in the room. I only will ask them to be quiet and to not interrupt the treatment.

Am I too young to receive a massage?

Probably not, but, for legal reasons, I do not give massage to anybody under the age of 18.

Are you going to touch my private parts? Are you offering a sexual service?

No. No way. Under no circumstances.
